Return & Exchange
The return duration for an item is 7-10 working days, and it will be returned to the same mode of payment.
Liability
If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged, or
in the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability
to you unless you notify us within 48 hours of
delivery with an email along with a video of
unboxing the product and the product will only be
exchanged if it's damaged during the transit. If you
do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days
of the date on which you ordered them, we shall
have no liability to you unless you notify us by
email of the problem within 14 days of the date on
which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a
problem under this condition, our only obligation
will be to redeliver, refund, or replace any damaged
item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays
once the goods have left us and are in possession
of the courier.
Exchange
All exchanges must be postmarked within twenty
(20) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items
must be in new and unused condition, with all
original tags and labels attached.
